Fancy doing something artistic but don't think you're creative? Or want to learn a new creative technique?

This creative experience is fun to share for both beginners and experienced artists alike.

This is for you if you want time together to
* explore your creativity (or a different aspect of it);
* learn a new skill;
* relax and have fun - peacefully!

Join Natasha in her home where she will guide you step-by-step through the process of creating a beautiful dot-mandala on a beach pebble.

At the end you will have your creation to take home with you as a reminder of your time together.

This session is 2.5-3 hours and all materials are provided, you do not need any experience.

“I highly recommend Natasha's workshop. I’m not an artist so what I produced totally exceeded my expectations. I was still on a high the next morning! To come away with something I had made was really special.” Tasha H, Bristol.

So much more than a one off experience, the method you learn can easily be continued and developed as a practice to bring relaxation and allow the stresses of everyday life to melt away.

The word Mandala come from the Sanskrit language and means 'Holy Circle'.

Mandalas exist everywhere in nature - flowers, for example, are natural mandalas, as are pine cones and your eyes!

They are often used for meditation and contemplation across a variety of Spiritual traditions.

Come and get creative with Natasha Alexander and discover the magic of mandalas for yourself.
